Could someone please advise this greenhorn, re initialising my scanner and putting in fesa frequencies. Do I need to set frequency limits everytime I initialise the scanner. I currently have police frequencies in there also couple of railway frequencies, which are not active enough, someone suggested the fesa frequencies are very active so was thinking I would just wipe what I've got in there and start again with the Fesa ones. Any suggestions please guys.

Ive got a Realistic 200ch hyperscan Pro2039, have initialised it and put in some of the fesa frequencies but not getting anything out of it, no transmissions. Is there anyone in the Rockingham area that could reprogram it for a small fee. I'm not really sure I'm doing it right.

Donks I have a 93XLT which is the next model up. Let me know when you're free and where you can get to and I'll bring mine and show you how to program it and you can also grab some of the frequencies.

Cheers,

Also with my 93, actually no, my 92, you go to the channel, and press function then E (or the pgm [program]) button. Type in freq and press E again.

From memory the 72 is the same as the 92 with 100 channels instead of 200. To exit program mode just hit hold or scan, pressing E again stays in program mode and moves to the next channel.
