Uniden UBCT8 vs UBCT9

Can anyone tell me the differences between the two?
Been looking at Uniden's site and can't for the life of me see any differences.
Except one comes with 2 discs, and the other doesn't.
I'm thinking of buying it from Prestige Comms.
