I have 1 or 2 of the above radios (not sure). They are Ex BFS VHF.

I guess there is no way to convert them into a full scanner is there? Ie it wouldbe only good for VHF?

Vhf mid band only. Although the may be moved up or down abit still not possible to get full coverage

Nope, they only cover 66-88Mhz. They're good for scanning FESA though. I can program them up for you if they're not there already.
