drink milk helps cool the throat anbd saline on the eyes is always a good idea

No offence to TheDoc (or any other AIMS staffer for that matter), but in some media circles they are reffered to as Another Inmate Missing Somewhere

Second that about OC Spray, we had to get sprayed then participate in a scenario to defend ourselves against attack.

Most of us took about half an hour to get over it complely, baby soap etc is bull.....it makes it worse. Eye drops a few hours after did help though.

Courts only stuff the prison it ain't run by aims no more funny enough though the company that runs acacia is the same company that owns aims

Amen to that, rather work for the gov't side of things more money, guys and gals started off workin as prison officers for aims then were gettin lured over to gov prisons for better money which all in all makes sense
