Yagi Antenna Question

HI, Does anyone know what this antenna would be used for? Here is the copy from the description.."This antenna points almost Nor-East from Hillarys, Perth Western Australia. Does anyone know what it is used for? "

Looks like an antenna for 802.11 wireless Ethernet networking at 2.4Ghz.

Yagi can be tuned to any frequency ie: 27mgz, 477.400 uhf., or anything you really it want it for, mainly a transmission antennae, purely directional only.
