I have no idea what entails a level one emergency,
But a plane with 10 people is coming in at 5pm, as a level one emergency.
I thought maybe it was an ambulance emergencey needing a traffic escort.
But there are vehicles heading there P2, 16 vehicles attached to the job atm.
So I was wondering exactly what it is?

and probably sounding a bit silly, but level one would be the most severe level, right?
Edit: very small mention of it here.. http://www.abc.net.au/news/newsitems/20 ... 892879.htm
