DMR systems to listen to
Just bought a Baofeng DM-1701, would of got the GD-77 but the ones I could find all shipped from China. It does 136-174 and 400-480, but the CPS gives me the option to change the band to 430-520, I'll have to test if that works once it arrives. So, my question is, what is there that I can listen to with it?

Re: DMR systems to listen to
Surf life saving, shops maybe a few single channel DMR frequencies around. There is a large trunking system CSE crosscom that does a lot off stuff in Perth but its between 490mhz - 507mhz.
Re: DMR systems to listen to
I looked on the ACMA map and saw the linked network for SLS, would I just put the repeater output frequency and let it do it's thing, since I have "promiscuous mode" enabled. Also with regards to the CSE Crosscom frequencies, as I mentioned, the official CPS has an option to change the band, so I could possibly receive that, I'll just have to wait and see once the radio arrives.

Upon closer inspection, I can't easily change the band to 450-520 without having to re-enter all the channels, so I'll probably have to make a separate configuration for special occasions.
