Hey All

Am new to scanning and to start off with have acquired an older Realistic Pro 2021 - 200 Ch Scanner.

Only prob is that it does not have a mnaul with it and the only one I have been able to find on the net is a 1 page basic overview.

If anyone can help it would be appreciated :)

Hi all,

I have a Yupiteru MVT-8000 bench scanner I bought at a market junk sale in Amsterdam for 5euro's (approx $8 ).
It's 200ch (10 banks of 20), + 10 programmable Bands and covers 100kHz - 1.3GHz AM/NFM/WFM without gaps.
It works great, even with the 100 feet of 'hookup' wire(25c/M @ DSE) I have rigged up as a makeshift antenna it Picks up all the busy WAPOL channels, even Joondalup (I'm in Rocko) tho I can't get Perth Airport.

I have pretty much nutted out all the basics, but still not 100% on it.

Looking on the net for a User Manual has drawn a blank.
Apparently the MVT-7000 is the handheld equivalent, but both manuals I've found for this(English and Swedish) are such bad scans that they can't be read.

Does anyone here have a 7000 or 8000, or even know anyone with one, that could scan/photocopy the manual for me please?

Cheers, Simo

Heh, Site is back up, but server with documents is still down. Tomorrow then.
They don't have the manual for the 8000, but do for the 7000. Hope it's quality.

WPXZBP, cheers again for the link.
Turns out their copy is the same as the dodgy scan I already had, oh well.
It is readable but it's hard work(see pic).
Thanks again.
