Hello everyone

i have got a new radio scanner that covers the range of 430-470 are they any good frequencies in that range like FESA, or just in the General Scanning area ?

Hi!

That is a rather small range, what model scanner is it? DFES (old name FESA) are mostly in the 164Mhz area.

Have a look in here to start http://warsug.info/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=8974 but most stuff is above 470Mhz.

Thanks so much this has helped so much!!!!

its a GP68, and i use to have one and i use to be able to listen to FESA on that range do you know there frequency, i had my old one stolen.

From a very quick look around it appears you can get VHF and UHF versions, the VHF would be able to receive DFES however the UHF would not. Possibly your old one was the VHF model?

Also, be very careful unless you are licensed to use this radio as it can transmit you can get into trouble using and even possessing it.

Thank you i shall keep that in mind

I have changed radios and now getting one in this range

VHF 136-170 AND ALSO 400-480


Is there any cool frequencies that are in this area
