The Australian Communications and Media Authority...the body responsible for the licencing of all radio frequencies in Australia.
Using the PTA as an example.... click this LINK and you will see licence numbers down the left of the page...click on these and you will open a page detailing the frequencies and location for that licence.

Trasit Gaurds
I went from Stirling Station to Mandurah and return last sunday week, and only saw 2 transit gaurds at Mandurah on the platform, none at all on train, noted the carriage had 6 cameras in ceiling, then how to they vandalise these trains or bash people with getting caught ?

Footage and photos of offenders are great, however it is absolutely useless if they are not holding their drivers license to the camera..
footage can, and dose get linked to faces of recidivous offenders and they do get charged with the offence, linking the offender to a person is the hard bit.

I have only travelled twice on the new line since open and not once did i see a transit guard on the train only on stations.
Drivers cant see inside carraiges unless they look though there door device (not sure on the name) but yet again they can see much. I recon they should have a tv transmitting the camera from inside the carriages to the driver so he knows whats going on!
