something to do with police has anyone heard this karrinyup area or something to do with a car and police

found out road rage and abuse to a transperth bus, police on scene.

aren't they leased from transperth or is it the other way around

They are all owned by the Public Transport Authority (PTA) which trades as Transperth/Transwa. The buses are maintained by the operators which are Path, Swan and Southern Coast Transit who also recruit all the drivers.
