Mandurah Line Shutdown

Does anyone know what the incident at Mandurah is? Rail replacement buses are being organised between Rockingham and Mandurah, transit guards (D8 and D9) being sent to a stationary train at Gordon Rd to evacuate passengers due to the incident, other trains being sent back to Warnboro to have the passengers detrain.
