Low Flying Duck

A Low flying Duck without Air Traffic Control clearence to fly so low, collided with Electric Train power lines last night, Friday, taking out the high Voltage grid of power, stranding trains on the Northern line for several hours..

Something like that happened in Vic with a chopper recently.
