Hello all,
I heard that Transperth Police and Security was going digital in the near future, I used to listen on 418.125, which worked, but now I haven't been picking anything up for a while. Does anyone have another frequency I can try?
Thanks!

The Transperth (PTA) radio system has changed to a 3GPP Long Term Evolution (LTE) network using the 1800MHz spectrum. It cannot be scanned.

I guess this is the first step in them going digital then. Oh well, thanks for the answer.

Which part of the network is LTE?

Busses are operated privately, of which they have almost? all changed to digital. However I thought these were trunks not LTE.

Bus security is separate again.

Trains and Transit Officer/customer service is still analogue. This will be changed to LTE in coming years.
