Panel antennas at train stations

Hi all, anyone know the purpose of the new antenna arrays on the train platforms? I have only noticed them in the last few weeks.

It *could* be part of a new train camera system being installed, replacing the old DAVS system.

That's what I assumed too as they look like directional antennas, but there's none at the ends of the platforms.
