I received a report of a train that broke down at City West a couple of minutes ago. Can anyone confirm if a train did break down there?

Dunno about City West but there's definitely something causing delays ...

It seems as though they are having a few problems... I just heard about a fare gate on the Eastern concourse of Perth station being stuck open
