Loose the caps mate, you won't get a response if you shout at people.

I see you already have Path Transit, use 164.000 and 163.250 for FESA.

Aviation: http://warsug.info/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=2107

Trains I think you should be able to get 418.775, 418.300, 418.125.

Also Wilsons security 485.95, The circle route buses 472.750, Wilson bus officers 489.400.

For those of you trying these:

476.475 is just the CB channel 3 repeater.
476.000 instead you should use 470.800 City of Rockingham.
487.750 is Co-operative Bulk Handling
490.450, 490.900 Path Transit
865.0125 is part of the Motorola Smartnet trunk, there are way more frequencies for this and if you do have a trunk scanner you should read the threads relating to this.
418.775 Rail services
78.0875 is FESA, although you should read the FESA related threads for better frequencies as this one is not really metro.
418.2750 Rail
418.4250 Rail
482.2500 you should use transmit 487.450, Vertical Telecoms HALLS HEAD

Just be aware that because of your location if you tune in to aviation, you will probably hear airbourne aircraft, but not the controllers, or on ground craft.
