Re: Tv Frequencies.
Yes. Some scanners don't receive it very well. (you need to have Wide FM or WFM mode to hear them properly). You might have to round up the frequency to the nearest 5 or 10Khz depending on your scanner (i.e. 214.750 for channel 10)Rusty_Nail wrote:Hey all

Try:
Channel 2
69.75
Channel 7
187.750
Channel 9
201.75
Channel 10
214.740
Channel 28
532.25
Channel 31
553.25

Hi Bonez.Bonez wrote:Yep, it sure is. Here's a nice big list for you.
As a rule of thumb:
The frequency of the video carrier is 1.25 MHz above the lower edge, so for TV Channel 2 the video is at 55.25 MHz.
The color carrier is approx. 3.58 MHz above the video carrier (N.B. not the lower edge), so for TV Channel 2 it is 58.83 MHz.
The audio carrier is 4.5 MHz above the video carrier, so for TV Channel 2 it is 59.75 MHz.
I think that info is for NTSC. Check this out:
