WA frequncies for Freescan

Post by smart »

Hi, new to P25 scanning, just got Uniden UBCD996T scanner and was told you can get frequency list uploadable to freescan? which is a lot easier than manual programming.
so was checking if any one has such a list suitable for this scanner and if possible email to me?
thanks steve Martin

Hi yorky,
I have just bought a BCD325P2, which I believe also uses the same file type as the BCD996P2.
Could I trouble you for the same Freescan file for WA?
I will be traveling to WA this weekend from SA for work and would love to bring the scanner along to play after work.
Any help with programming the scanner for WA would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Darren

Hi yorky,
You're awesome, thank you so much for the file.
I had programmed HF/UHF CB in and was looking at the Amateur radio WA repeater listing for 6M, 2M and 70cm from the WIA site.
The file has certainly saved a lot of time, I can spend time listening rather than programming :P
Thanks again for your help, it's greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Darren
