SJA crews in and around Bunbury, mainly use mobile phones to communicate. All their calls are communicated via phone from Perth. They do have VHF radios fitted, but they are only used as a backup, and very, very rarely.

DonnyBrook Ambulance heard on 413.850Mhz loud and clear who advised he was actually in Manjimup also heard on various 78Mhz Repeaters simultaneously.
Also heard 412.750Mhz earlier but not sure if it was Capel or Harvey.
