Re: RESCUE 65 Observations
Looks like VH-EWA is on its way back here now - nachoman's link ( http://flightaware.com/live/flight/VHEWA ) shows it crossed the Nullarbor and is back in WA as of a few hours ago.

Whilst the yellow helicopter (VH-EWA) has been in Queensland for maintenance/service, another helicopter has been filling the Rescue 65 role. I have heard it many times on 6AR over the past weeks, and it has been shown on several TV news reports recently.kyeboi wrote:does anyone have any idea when the RAC chopper is back online? haven't seen or heard anything from them lately.

Re: RESCUE 65 Observations
Just watched the big yellow version of Rescue 65 (VH-EWA) on approach in to RPH. I therefore presume she is back in operation.

No budget for ‘critically urgent’ upgrade of Royal Perth Hospital helipad
AN UPGRADE of Royal Perth Hospital’s helipad has been deemed “critically urgent” but the Barnett Government has failed to include it in this year’s health budget.

Re: RESCUE 651/652 Observations
It looks like it changed from Rescue 651 to Rescue 652 after the 21/07/2017 because that is the last fight I could find when it was operating as Rescue 651
