It was doing practice instrument approaches to RWY21 at Perth, I assume for flight crew IFR currency. My guess is you saw it in a right turn after the overshoot and possibly headed coastal for Jandakot via Observation City and Powerhouse.

Just observed Rescue 65 up about good 5000 ft, noisy, travelling from Obversation City, East along Reid Hwy, then vVeered left towards Toodyay over Malaga, no radio obversations ?
