Does anyone know if Joondalup has an emergency room?

That is, if an ambulance collects a person with life threatening injuries in say, Merriwa. Will they take the patient to Joondalup Health Campus?

If so, does anyone know the frequency for Joondalup Hospital?

Yes, the Joondalup health campus does have an ER, and yeah they will probably take someone there unless it's something major, in which case they would probably fly them to Royal Perth or charlie gardiner...

Ok the answer to your first question - Yes they sure do have an ED - from previous knowledge unless they've changed it - Im sure it does - but don't know the frequency for it -

Im not 100% certain - but I think Joondalup does alot of Patient Transfers to and from there - unsure of Medical Emergencies...

It has the same ED as all hospitals but its private with public access funded by the health dept. What that means is limited public beds+++ so often patients are shipped out to RPH/QE2. They also have the highest "bypass" stats of all the Perth hospitals.

Joon, Swans, Arm, Rocky and Peel also all see ped's in there ed's as well.

Hope that helps.

SJA has been on a digital encrypted system for some time now. Either way most data is sent via vehicle Mobile Data Terminals.
