Yeah - Not aiming to be a doctor or anything, but when i do apply for a Pilot's position within the RFDS - I would like to have the "medical" background through SJA to use as experience "in the field" - and its a rewarding thing to do - to help people...guess its the sort of person I am.

Cheers

G

Trust me, it always helps!

I was just having a look at the RFDS website. Their minimum criteria for pilots are:

Current command instrument rating (multi-engine) with two renewals.

2000 hours as pilot-in-command.

1000 hours as pilot-in-command of a multi-engined aircraft.

200 hours night operations as pilot-in-command.

With a preference for turbo-prop experience.
