wow them big words kyle. you may be assassinated if you keep this up lol and no Herpes i am not an alcoholic but sometimes i wish i wasKyle wrote:New bosses means new changes and some for the good others not so good. If what you are saying is that ALAS does not correctly maintain their vehicles then I hear you brother.
Staff safety should always come before a companies profit. When I was there, vehicle maintenance was more critical than any job that could be done at ALAS. Shame if they have let these core values slip, and I do not condone any action like this.
I start to wonder from what I am reading and hearing about ALAS, in what direction they are heading. It would be a shame if this business started to let some of the standards drop!!!

* The in house training should be as a last resort always a case of passing on bad habits from one to another, i believe all training should be independant so its non biased.Kyle wrote:
I just expect the following things from a Ambulance Service
1. Safe, Serviced, Ambulances
2. In House Training, Nationally Accredited and Endorsed Course. By experienced and current paramedics. Ongoing education.
3. Regular Training Nights / Days
4. Protocols and Procedures
5. Good Working Conditions, Depo built for 24/hr work
6. Ongoing continuos Improvement
7. Get a decent paycheck
8. No BS
9. No Cowboys.
If anyone can add to that list let me know.
