Just makes you wonder how all us Western Australians survived prior to 2003 before we had the Helecopter.Well done RAC and Mrs Roberts for getting us this vital piece of Emergency Equipment

I think it was inrelation to the person who suffered serious burns while trying to set alight a stolen car down near kwinana

Was it an LPG explosion or just normal fuel, i got the impression by the news on ten it was an lpg explosion which wouldnt have been pretty for a starr.

Yeh I was there, As were a few other members on this site.

As far as we're aware, it was a LPG tank explosion.

Rescue helicopter called in to Bakers Hill. HM104 on their way...she sounds scared of having to leave the Metro area though!

They are meeting YN202 at the crash scene so they can guide the helicopter to a convenient landing area.

Sounds like Northam and Wundowie firies also on their way, I can't pick up much in the way of details sorry.

Edit: Just heard them clearing the scene en route to Charlies and thanking the Northam and Wundowie crews :)

I've met quite a few Members of both Northam and Wundowie VFRS Brigades - they are nice folks. :D
