Significant Bush Fires 2020 onwards.

This thread is predominantly for THIRD ALARM AND ABOVE bush fires however if it is a significant fire (ie threatening homes and businesses)
that is at least second alarm then it will be acceptable.

If it's not one of those things then post it in one of the other, more appropriate areas such as the Minor Fires and Other Incidents or General Fire Discussion threads.

2nd alarm scrub fire at 1566 Great Northern Hwy. Current IC is Bullsbrook LT 4. DO North Coastal and Swan Chief turning out. All Swan brigades turning out. FIre is 3 hectares in size. Comms plan is MCE2. Air support is enroute.

1512: 3rd alarm, IC point is 1455 Great Northern Hwy, Upper Swan WA 6069
1602: Swan ICV has arrived and taken control of the incident.

4th alarm scrub fire at Regan's Ford, Brand Hwy & Marri Heights Rd. Wanneroo ICV is setup as incident controller. The new C130 water bomber (N132CG) is at the fireground.

CESM Northam 88 on a scrub fire in Wundowie at Great Eastern Highway & Inkpen Rd. Fire is on both sides of the highway and has been closed.
Wundowie VFRS, Parkerville BFB, Northam Central BFB, CESM Northa, Northam FCO and Northam Deputy 2 currently attending. 6IP advising 2 helitacks and 2 waterbombers are available if required.

1356: DO Northam, Toodyay and Inkpen BFB have been turned out. Multiple FRS brigades in the metro region being sent to Armadale fire station for strike team mobilisation. Fire is confirmed 3rd alarm and Bushfire Emergency warning has been requested.
1420: CESM Northam reporting fire has jumped Hawke Rd and is burning inside Wundowie Campsite. CESM is evacuating all patrons now and FRS has been requested for asset protection. DO Northam is requesting air support. No alert on EmergencyWA as of yet.

3rd alarm fire, Gilmore Avenue & Thomas Road in Orelia. Hope Valley requesting Kwinana VFRS, Mandogalup BFB and air support. Incident is known as Thomas Control and comms plan is MSC1. Fire is 100x100 in size.

1246: Hope Valley crews are currently evacuating the neighbouring CSIRO plant.
1301: Hope Valley advising there is a Western Power substation under imminent threat from fire.
1323: Abercrombie Road and Ratcliffe Road are being evacuated.

3rd alarm scrub fire in Martin at Albany Hwy & Tonkin Hwy. Residents from nearby retirement home being evacuated.

3rd alarm scrub fire, address is Great Eastern Hwy & Deconing Rd in The Lakes. Control point is The Lakes Roadhouse. Command channel 290.

4th alarm scrub fire in Aubin Grove at Nornalup Road & Aubin Grove Link. Fire is impacting upon houses. Air support and BFB crews on scene. Comms plan is MCC2. Asset protection in progress along Prosperity Loop.

Midland calling 3rd alarm at scrub fire in High Wycombe at Lambertia Cresent. Air support requested. Asset protection required at Norwich Way.

1158: 000 caller reporting house on fire at Larwood Cresent and Torquay Way.
1201: 000 caller reporting front lawn on fire at a house on Norwich Way.

2nd alarm scrub fire in Casuarina. 200m of road verge on fire along Orton Road. CESM SJ reporting that the fire has entered the prison grounds.
