4th alarm scrub fire in Midland. Sounds like near the Midland caravan park. (Edit: Probably same Toodyay road incident)

The issue with Waroona is that it is generating Pyro-Cumulus cloud. This is bad, as the Pyrocu gets big enough to become its own storm cell, generating dry lightning, and further spreading the fire with added ignition sources from the lightning and strong winds at the base of the cell.
It's also spreading a huge plume of smoke visible on radar.
