Spectacles fire has flared up again 3 fixed wing now overhead.

Another fire threatening to jump Russell road into Thompsons Lake reserve. Firefighters struggling to stop it. Additional resources requested

A bushfire EMERGENCY WARNING has been issued for people in the south eastern part of Baldivis, near the intersection of Karnup Road and Baldivis Road, in the City of Rockingham.

• The alert level for this fire has been upgraded as there is a direct threat to lives and homes.
• You are in danger and need to act immediately to survive. There is a threat to lives and homes.
• A number of fires have started near the intersection of Karnup Road and Baldivis Road.

Third alarm bushfire in Guildford with properties under threat.

In the Helena Street / Hill Street area behind the primary school is the location given.

1627: Fire now contained. Time to control 1 hour. No properties currently under threat.

Resources on scene.
3 x Pumps and Lts. 2 x 2.4s, ICV and 2 helitacs.

From Guildford:

Fire is classified as third alarm and is south of Helena Street, west of Hill St and east of Johnson street. Properties are no longer under threat.

Resources already there are sufficient. Estimate 1hr to control and 3hrs to mop up. Fire is no longer spreading and is about 2.5 hectares in size.

An 'advice' is in place for streets in the immediate area due to smoke.
