This sounds like a very bad fire. Hope the old lady trapped is alright.

ALL PERSONS EVACUATED
2 crews on 9th floor ascertaining extent of damage, each with hose reel. Fire not yet extinguished.

I am on scene. Guildford road closed, lots of smoke from top floor, can't see any flames. Heaps and heaps of appliances

Hay nacho is that the old block of flats east side of guildford rd? Im geting noise on simplex 5(161.0875) but cant make it out.

Appliances are still arriving yet some look like they are being released. Police are interviewing onlookers to make sure residents are accounted for. It is the large complex on the eastern side across from the gull servo
