Helitac 681 returned to Perth at 1500 from Gingin fire. Also nothing on the fesa site, so I can only assume it is under control.

I've been keeping track of it on the other forum. Contained but not controlled and requesting 10 further appliances.

DEC have a fire going.
Bombers were originally sent to a fire north of wanneroo, that fire ended up being rained on however they spotted a second fire on the top of the scarp, burning in inaccessible terrain in a National Park, 6 meter flame height and developing rapidly. Skycrane is on route.

Still no location but air attack reported it could see flame 6 minutes out and fire is moving west rapidly, bombers report head fire has developed very very well.

Fire has already travelled 1km in about 10 minutes

741, s61 and the three fixed wings are experiencing extreme turbulence and the hangers at Gingin airport have been destroyed from a storm about 30 minutes ago so all aircraft are returning to their designated bases for safety.

Hester Park is in langford, may still be in the city of gosnells, its maddingtons area and they are responsible for the Urban bushland plan for hester park. The maddo SO will know the area like the back of his hand.
