Do you mean FPC? DEC and FPC (Forest Products commission) are different. I don't know if FPC have their own dedicated fire units but they or their harvest contractors would have slip ons or something else for harvesting in the fire season.

it is FPC i just saw an fire unit with the slip on unit for hilux just like dec
