How so? Gets put up at a lot of major fires and is often plastered on the side of pumps.

We have a stack of these at our station. They go up all over the place.

Not just WA. I've seen them in other states as well. It's kinda just like any crimestoppers type programme or neighbourhood watch. Increase public perception of the issue and more eyes = more information = catch arsonists.
