Perth old fire station

What is been done with the old station and why did fesa order them out?
I AM IN NO WAY AFFILIATED WITH DFES OR BFB

Well its still there.

Its still used for office staff but no longer used as an emergency station.
I've closed the door!

New FESA house is being built in Cockburn.

they were moved out due to traffic. The new location they are less likely to get caught in gridlock

Taken from FESA annual report
The previous station, located in the FESA Hay Street headquarters complex, required significant investment to ensure compliance with current building codes and that it could meet future emergency service response requirements.
This is the "official" statement from FESA. The "real" reason is most likely totally different.
