Control channels are 32 for Red Hill, 38 for Roleystone, 23 for air support and all the simplex channels 46-49, 96-99 are being used.

The streaming scanner (see the Streaming FESA scanner audio thread) is monitoring the 6AR Perth command channel.

Didnt catch callsign, but someone advised 6AR that Buckingham Bridge on Brookton Highway is now unsafe, so if people are evacuating, thats a bad option.

Please do not use the quote function in this topic, it does not work.

Please keep the posts to updates on the fires only, people are trying to follow this forum on phones and don't need to go through several pages of quotes and questions.

This thread is predominantly for third alarm and above bush fires however if it is a significant fire (ie threatening homes and businesses) that is at least second alarm then it will be acceptable. If it's not one of those things then post it in one of the other, more appropriate threads.

Remember also that quoting WILL NOT WORK in this thread.

Please keep the posts to factual information - not rumour, hearsay, possibilities, theories etc. Also keep the information brief and to the point.

Questions about what is going on, who is turning out, why someone isn't turning out etc should be done in the general fire discussions thread.

Thankyou for your cooperation.
