I don't RSS on my PC at the moment but FeedReader was easily the best IMHO. Thanks for the RSSDemon tip too.

Unusually late storm this afternoon. Stay safe everyone!
Winds are expected to strengthen during Wednesday morning with WIDESPREAD DAMAGING WINDS to 100 kilometres per hour likely by the afternoon. In isolated areas DANGEROUS GUSTS in excess of 125 kilometres per hour could cause SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION TO HOMES AND PROPERTY. The strongest winds are expected during the afternoon and evening. The worst affected areas are expected to be coastal parts between Perth and Augusta.

Another severe weather warning for Perth today.
People are advised that there is a risk of SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS developing late morning and continuing into the afternoon and evening.

Storms may be accompanied by: HEAVY RAINFALL which may lead to FLASH FLOODING, LARGE HAIL and DAMAGING WINDS, that could cause DAMAGE TO HOMES AND PROPERTY.

Going to be a very interesting weekend if there is a fire. I know DFES brass are looking at turning out a shitload of brigades/stations to every incident, so it will be very interesting if there is multiple fires at the same time. Fingers crossed that there isn't. I know I would rather be drinking beverages with my friends this weekend than playing fireman.

I'm some what worried about the ability of the DFES brass to handle any incident on such a day like tomorrow.... :shock:
