The Water corp has several types of tankers that can be called for a variety of reasons i.e refilling appliances on the fire ground etc.

Recent example recently the Water Corp put a 24,000lt tanker on stanby in the recent welshpool 4th alarm structure fire because of water pressue / flow issues.

They are not certified for firecall duties as far as I know....

i'm guessing there is more than one and only used when water is sparse and not much mains water pressure available

After the Two Rocks fire last year Water corp had a couple of these around to supply the town as we drained their water reserves putting out the fire.

Water Corp have a few of these around the metro area, some are located in a fenced compound next to the Regional Office in Bannister Road Canning Vale.

They range from slip-ons to large truck tankers, i believe they own them but are managed by FESA.

Water Corp has a representative that comes out to big jobs to arrange stuff like this (you hear him on the radio).
