I was listerning to the calm freq recently.They said they had a fail to stop.Couple of guys on mx bikes.Interested in what powers they have.Sorry to open a can of worms.

'administering' legislation is one thing. DEC Officers can have access to powers under all sorts of acts, including the Control of Vehicles (Off-road Areas) Act which might be appropriate to what you were commenting on
