Swan Chief, Midland and east swan moblie to bush fire in brigadon near bells rapids!
Midland called for Helitack, but neg from 6AR they are deployed elsewhere

Sevral calm units out there and mundaring units and i think east gidgie not sure but 20 hectors and moving very fast last tramissiuon from Midland Station Officer

just turned on WARSUG since I saw the smoke back of my place!

apparently control point in O'Brien Rd, fire on Clenton Rd

I think they said fire channel 18 ?? very hard to hear

ALERT LEVEL:
A bushfire ADVICE has been issued for people in between the Avon Valley and Clenton Road, Gidgegannup for a fire that is burning in the north east corner of the Walyunga National Park, near the 42 kilometre railway line marker.
There are no lives or homes threatened by the fire. Although there is no immediate danger you need to keep up to date in case the situation changes.

WHAT TO DO:
People living in the area need to be alert and watch for signs of fire.

You should:
· Close all doors and windows
· Turn off evaporative air conditioners but keep water running through the system if possible

People living in the area need to be aware of fire and other emergency services personnel working on site and take their advice.

WHAT FIREFIGHTERS ARE DOING:
Fire crews are on the scene.
The fire was reported at 12.15pm today and has burnt through 20 hectares.

ROAD CLOSURES:
No roads are closed but motorists are asked to avoid the area, reduce speed and drive carefully due to smoke.
Further clarification should be sought from WA Police or Main Roads WA on 138 138.

swan chief just updated 6AR

control point is at 67 O'Brien Road

7 hectares of grass & scrub

channel 18

they have 13 appliances and require another 3 light tankers

Perth 2nd and 3rd Fire call - flying up St.Georges Terrace towards Kings Park, no further details.

Was/Is a DBA in QV1, Perth 1st and 2nd firecall, smoke in a computer level electrical was the last I heard around 20min ago.

i heard Harvey VFRS and SES on 6AR today turn out to a light vehicle rollover
not very often do you hear Harvey

Yorky this was classified as 2nd alarm property, at one stage had 4 in ba

There was a nice little fire up at Chidlow. Apparently a Arsonist is running around up there.
