FESA Electronic Forms

Post by Gohie »

Can anyone help - I am chasing an electronic copy or pathway to;
"Form 1 of the ‘Incident Action Plan—Situation Summary’. from FESA.

Is this possible or does it only exist in hard copy from FESA or CFMs.

Thanks in advance.

Have you looked on the FESA Volunteer Portal?
Apart from this maybe contact your DM/OTO and find out if they are able to supply you a copy.
