Re: Discussion: Streaming FESA scanner audio
163.250MHz runs with a lot of audio compression which makes it hard to set the levels right. I've bumped down the audio level a bit which seems to help with the stream audio.
Let me know how it sounds.

Re: Discussion: Streaming FESA scanner audio
Considering the post before yours details that it has been turned down
Sounds like Gav needs to turn it up a smidge!

Re: Discussion: Streaming FESA scanner audio
I'm listening now to compare it to the QLD Police stream as far as levels go...
Edit: Yep. Something's gone wrong. Will fix when I get home.

Re: Discussion: Streaming FESA scanner audio
Now fixed. Windows or oddcast decided randomly to use the Line-In input instead of the Microphone input. <sigh> I was able to fix it remotely.

Re: Discussion: Streaming FESA scanner audio
Does the stream have audio at the moment? I've heard that the Red hill WAERN may have died again.
Edit: Seems as though it has. The stream is back on ch57 for now.
