163.250MHz runs with a lot of audio compression which makes it hard to set the levels right. I've bumped down the audio level a bit which seems to help with the stream audio.

Let me know how it sounds.

Is the streaming scanner volume turned down?? I have the volume on my pc and media player right up and can barely hear it.....
any one else with this issue?

I'm listening now to compare it to the QLD Police stream as far as levels go...

Edit: Yep. Something's gone wrong. Will fix when I get home.

Now fixed. Windows or oddcast decided randomly to use the Line-In input instead of the Microphone input. <sigh> I was able to fix it remotely.

Does the stream have audio at the moment? I've heard that the Red hill WAERN may have died again.

Edit: Seems as though it has. The stream is back on ch57 for now.
