Senior Competition running

(could this please be stickied, so we can updated as the season continues. thank you)

the senior comp kicked of today in busselton.
good to see a few brigades there plus harvey with 2 teams
competition and sportsmanship was high and was an enjoyable day.
brigades that were there;
Harvey 1
Harvey 2
Brunswick Junction
Mandurah
Bassendean
Armadale
Roleystone
Busselton

next comp is in two weeks at harvey for a twilight demo, on saturday 7th starting at 1500
the state open will be in Merredin over the March long weekend
Easter state Championships will be on saturday and sunday this year
come down and have a look.

on the south western side of the main river foreshore
if you head over the old bridge it is the right hand side where the amusement park is located

hey all

the Harvey twilight demo was a great event.
very tight competition with mandurah just beating bassendean by 1/2point
the comp finished about 8pm, then there was a bbq at harvey fire station with plenty of beer :)

next comp is this weekend on sunday 15th feb at mandurah.

if anyone want more information or just has a question just ask me

Dont forget State Open in Merredin on 28 Feb and 1 March
Does anyone out theer have any videos/dvds of running teams in action?

i gioing to be there all day sunday ........so i have one request for all of you competing ..........do not hurt urselves as i dont realllllly wanna work and fixing your bodies back together okay

good first day at the easter comp, was good also catching up with wes. have taken a lot of pics about 300, so when i sort them out and have some time i will post them.

Nope - has been run and won.

Winners
A Grade - Bassendean
B Grade - Coolgardie
C Grade - Brunswick Junction

Champion firefighter - M Papalia (Bassendean)

WA/Vic challenge - WA :D

Ahh good to hear it got completed and well done to Bassendean. Makes sense I suppose, its not like they would have had all their pumps and LT's at the games.

Well done to ALL teams, in particular Mooroopna from Victoria and Christmas Island.

The only pumps/LTs there were Corrigin's HSR, Beverley's LT and two LPs. (Plus the Museum vehicles.) Helitac 767 made an appearance before going off to one of the fires.

I did see Claremont going down Stirling Hwy and Guildford going down Kwinana Fwy (both under fire call conditions) on my way home.
