Hey Budda BFS brigades that are B.A. in perth metro are Parkerville,West Swan ,Mt Helena
and i think that is it the other 2.4 urbans you see are capable of having B.A. fitted.
At present they are structual capable IE Ladders and hoses but not B.A.
the lockers are fitted with the drop out set holders , but i think that was a fore thought that when the trucks go country ( after there Metro time is up ) it is easier to just drop the sets in and a way they go to there new owners.

Unforturely west swan are going to lose their structual ability when Ellenbrook station is up and running.
Bit of a pity they cant keep it and back up ellenbrook.
(Thats my 100th post!)

We haven't lost the fight yet................ you know how it is with the goal post's moving with each new or acting manager. Also the FRS Vol. association is worth its weight in gold!
Currently nothings changing besides moblisation once the station is operational.
Nice to see you come down some time Philby

some do buddah, mt helena parky and west swan are B.A qualified, i think its due to the fact there closest FRS support would be Midland or Mundaring, and they have probably had B.A for a while, Serpy, South Coogee and Byford all have 2.4Us and 3.4Us respectively but none have B.A, it just depends what you go for when u get your replacement and if fesa decides to give you what you ask for.
hope that helps..

Isn't just for that reason. The Urban appliances are better suited and equipped for structural firefighting, be it offensive (with BA) or defensive.
We've had ours (3.4U) for over 5 years and do not have BA (although the original intention was to give it to us).
