Serpentine is the skycrane base, and no you can't see it as it is a private airfield.

Helitak 418 VH-SMI, Helitack 672 N49732 and Air Attack 623 VH-YUQ were activated yesterday for the first time this season.

Hi guys I am just wondering why you can only hear Rescue 651 on ESA 171 and not the fire crews as well.

It's a simplex channel so unless you are very close to the ground crew you won't hear them. It's a line of sight communication.
