Twas 670 and 671 from memory, coming down the coast and heading into Perth at 1000ft ... I think - I was busy with other things at the time and only half listening :)

670, 671 arrived late this morning from their training along with Air Intel (FB611), The S61 departed for some testing of the water tank. 668, 669 departed around 1230 I think and then arrived back. I dare say off to a fire.

According to FESA Alerts on the Lower Chittering Blaze, there were two Helitacs and two Water Bombers. (Link: https://internet.fesa.wa.gov.au/alerts/ ... ?ItemId=80)

Does Anybody know which Helitacs they where?

does anyone know the cost hor each helitac and the s61? how about the skycranes... I saw an article that said the skycrane cost 22 million for the fire season... but that would have to be for all 6 they have on the east coast right?...
