Thanks Smithy -

Any idea when the pump is going to be replaced?

I heard Perth 1st and Perth 2nd calling as East Perth yesterday as well.
"VKI, NJ050 will you be attending the job?"
"Negative VKI, my desk is bolted to the floor".

My understanding is that it came on line last Wednesday, May 12th. The second ABC News article below dated Thursday May 13th says, "The new Wellington Street fire station in the Perth CBD is now operational..."

Walked past Perth Station on Friday, and noticed that all bays were empty save for the old USAR truck sitting by it's self.

Looks like the union lost out on this one...

Just noticed 6AR sounding very faint on 164.00 and other FESA channels - yet all other appliances Loud and Clear.

Seems to have fixed itself now.

Bullsbrook, AFAIK, is a Fire Service Brigade, not a VFRS. Not sure who would do RCR etc. My guess would be Midland or Joondalup. Gingin VFRS is a bit far away compared to them. It could be that Ellenbrook may do jobs up there in future.
