I beleve its goes

LEVEL 1 - Cold Water and elctrolights
LEVEL 2 - Water, Tea Coffee. Biscits and lollies
LEVEL 3 - Light meal and juice ie Sandwitch
LEVEL 4 - ????
LEVEL 5 - ???

as stated i am not 100% sure what the SOP's State when it come to refreshments. usual its up to the IMT to organise these and what leavel is required due to the amount of work that has been complete and amount of work that need to be completed on the fire ground

The levels have changed, and now have different meanings. What has been said above I think is not correct. I have heard OIC's of incidents call up Level 2/3 refreshments only to have comcen come back and say are you sure. The OIC then tells them they will ring comcen to confirm.
