Sure was a big fire down at Baldivis. I hope to see some pics shortly from those members down that way. I was listening to it on the radio back at the station. The poor lady on 6AR/IP was having a hard time.

Success on channel 99 - Code 6-6

UPDATE: 14:46 - Canningvale 2.4 also enroute.

6AR just advised Success - fire is in Beeliar National Park district??

Was at the Utah fire last night. We got called away from our annual shire BBQ, along with two other shire brigades to go and help. It was a long way down into the national park, right on the Avon river/railway line. The terrain was impossible to drive up, and you could barely walk up the hills it was that steep and rocky. Parky, Glen Forrest, Sawyers Valley I think, East and West Gidge, Swan ICV, and a lot of DEC plus the fire King. About 6ha I think I heard.
