Excellent to hear you're going well. Have you still got any braces or casts from the accident that you have to wear or is it now just a matter of ensuring everything is 120%?
That's unfortunate, be sure to drop by the ICV though maybe you can join in the IMT and do something there so you're still in the action.

So are we healed up yet or is it still a work in progress?

hi all just an update

i am about to go back into hospital for Operation number 4

unfortunately my fema has not healed right, instead of the two parts fusing together, they have healed like a joint. so in other words if i did not have a pin in my fema, i could move my leg around 1/4 way down from my hip.

so i need to have an operation where they will cut me open, take out the pin, push my bones together, re-drill and put a bigger pin in, then after that i do not know, may be on traction, or just in bed for the next 6 weeks.

so yeah after this operation i will most probably have to do all my physio and hydro all over again.

i will keep you all posted on whats happening.

hey guys and girls

just an update;

the specialist at Royal Perth Hospital have decided not to operate on my fema, they decided to leave it for 3 months to see if it will heal up on its own, which personally i think is stupid, as if it has not healed up in 13 months, why will it heal up in another 3.
so i am seeking a second opinion for my other specialist at armadale hospital and see what he says and go from there.

i will keep you all posted on what happens
